Wash your hair in the shower & rinse out all the shampoo. Use a small amount of conditioner. Spread it evenly on the ends of your hair. For long hair, spread it from chin level and down. Avoid application on scalp. Run your fingers through the ends of your hair to
work in the conditioner. Let it stay for a minute. Rinse off the conditioner with water.
Some general hair conditioning tips-
Conditioners are designed to smoothen out cuticle fragmentation, making your hair more manageable, less frizzy and eventually making it strong and less prone to breakage. So you should really use the conditioner after every wash.
Use the conditioner in just the right amount. Not too much, as it can make your hair look limp
Use the conditioner after having squeezed out all the excess water after shampoo. You don’t want the conditioner to run off with the water
Conditioners need to coat your hair strands, so gently work it through the length of your hair, trying to coat most of the hair
Haste is definitely a waste when it comes to conditioners. Let the conditioner sit in the hair for a good 5 minutes and then thoroughly wash it off.
Your hair roots do not need conditioners, they have the scalp sebum to protect them. It’s the length of the hair that needs TLC :)
